Best OC wins a special art work made by me. you just draw a OC cyborg of your charater.
The judges can be random people whoever votes for the best artwork. I will not be in the contest... ^_^; it wouldn't be right.
just try your best at it and you might get lucky.
does this sound like fun?
rules.
No copying offcial art of any Cyborg series.
No clameing art thats not yours and,
dont cheat or make fun of anyones artwork! I hate it when people do that. how about it?
